A people gap is acting as a brake on New Zealand’s economic productivity and wealth creation and business people need to discover and unleash their ‘entrepreneurial DNA’ to overcome it.

According to KPMG’s latest Enterprise Report, too many businesses start life with no ambitions further than providing a comfortable lifestyle for their founders – and, although nearly two-thirds of our economic output comes from small businesses, only one in five say growth is a key goal.
